Brothers' Blends: Farm to Table Cafe

Buendia Food by the Court had their opening a few weeks back yet they gained popularity so fast already. There is so much hype and they conquered my feed.  I think everybody is curious and interested of this new concept (Food Park with 17 food stalls beside a basketball court). Who wouldn’t be anyway, right? The crowd speaks itself.

But like what they always say, there’s always a cherry-on-top. A lot will agree, it would be Brothers’ Blends, Farm to Table Café. Want to know why? Read on.

1.     They sell organic cold-pressed juices and smoothie blends with different vegie and fruits named under different seasons. Their best seller for smoothie is the Summer Blend. It'll give you the feeling of summer even in winter season time.

2.     Have you tried fruit infused juices yet? They have freshly made and freshly serve juices there.  (When I visited their store, they offer Lemonade from Sagada infused with watermelon, cucumber and mint)

3.     I literally and figuratively love ice cream, I swear I can finish a lot in one sitting. And it’s awesome that they have it there too! It's an ice cream in a coconut shell to be precise. The concept was originally come from Thailand and they brought it here so everyone can experience how it was like. Plus, the ice cream is 100% natural, made of fruits, herbs and topped with natural fruits. Interesting, isn’t it? And by the way, they have new products which you can try like Ice Cream Frappe topped with their 100% natural ice cream.

4.     Watch out for their healthy bottled drinks (since it’s fresh and organic it will ony last for 5 days) and Make-your-own Quarter pound Wraps coming out next month!

5.     Some find it hard to balance workout and work leaving us unhealthy but this café's thoughts about organic living and goals about being healthy caught  our attention, really.

6.     They don’t have preservatives or artificial flavours added for their fruit juices and blends. It’s all natural!

7.     All juice blends doesn’t have ice, no water and not blended. It’s just pure skills.

8.     They got their ingredients from local farms. And surprisingly, they reached 1 ton of fruits and veggies already in less than  a month. One thing I like about their shop is their genuine love for local farmers, getting products without any middleman or distributors. The owners buy and go straight to them.

9.     They had the best coffee. Okay, I’m really not a coffee lover but I seriously love their frappes! FYI, their frappes are made from freshly brewed aeropressed coffee. I wish they have more varieties but you can try their Java Chip and Dark Mocha for now. They also have freshly brewed coffee and brewed sourced directly from different farms in the Philippines.

10.  The owners and staff are very hands-on in making the drinks. I noticed they are so meticulous too in serving them.  I got curious and so Bryan Factor (owner) mentioned, he always make it a point that the staff remembers this from him, "Make and serve the drinks as if it’s your last."

11. Okay, this isn’t about the food. But I’m always nosy about their interiors. It’s very classy and neat (no wonder most of their clients are, too). I love it because even if it’s simple, it’s looks very sosyal. It can fit those shops in Greenbelt area. And to add the awesomeness of the place, it’s pure hardwork from the owners. They made it themselves – the ideas, construction, DIYs!

And the verdict? It’s totally an A+! I’m so inlove with the products they have, and I am very sure you will too! I know a lot of people were asking if they have other branches. I hope they will open one soon at the South but for now,  you can visit them at Buendia Food by the Court.
