Eau Thermale Avène for my Sensitive Skin

Mosquitos always bite me. My skin reacts so much when I'm exposed to pollution, dirt and even with products not suitable for me.

Back in my teenage years, I had this skin allergy hence, my derma told me to be very cautious when I'm outside. And since I have a hypersensitive skin, I'm also careful in choosing products for my skin. I make sure that I'm very persistent with giving my skin a whole lot of TLC it deserves.

Last month, the leading French dermo-cosmetic brand, Eau Thermale Avene officially launches its latest offering. They had this #KeepCalmLoveAvene booth at SM Makati City. It's week-long event and shoppers can also participate in their photo contest. They can get to win Eau Thermale Avene products too! How cool is that?

There's also a free derma consultation from their booth.
Here I am, attentively listening to Dr. Gaile Robredo

I religously apply and tried the products they gave me for a month before making this review.
I'm loving it, so far! and I can really attest the goodness of this product.

They advice me to spray Eau Thermale Avene's Thermal spring water before and after I apply my make-up to make it last longer. You just have to wait until it dries up on your skin and ta-daah!
It instantly became my go-to makeup buddy.
So amazing that it also doesn't have an expiry date! So good to be true but it's really pure! :)

I also brought my Eau Thermale Avene's Skin Recovery Cream with me at my Masungi trip! I applied it to my irritated skin whenever it gets red from something. (Yes, I'm sensitive like that but I still have the guts to wear shorts, Lol.)

Eau Thermale Avene's Lotion gave me that radiant feel outside. It's very gentle with my skin plus it's fragrance-free which I love!

Try this awesome product too and visit their branch at Greenbelt 5, Mercury Drug in Glorietta 3 and SM Makati Department Store.

I love getting Whipped!

Hi BER months! It's now rainy, temperature gets down and it gets colder, thus making our skin drier than the usual.  We love covering our skin these times but isn't it nicer if our skin feels good and looks good with or without cover?

This month, I visited Whipped Salon again.
I've been literally busy with shoots and events lately. I even got sick for sleeping late at night just to finish all my deadlines. But thank God I finished everything and Whipped rewarded me a great service from my last visit!

Their ATC branch is temporarily closed for
now as they transfer in a new location just near the area as well. So, I visited their BGC branch for the first time and telling you frankly, I loved it better!

All the candy-colored designs, minimalist and very modern ambiance really excites me.

They did my underarm and brows this time. I had my underarm scrub and waxed from the previous month and the result is pretty amazing. I can already see the difference from the look and feel.

Scrubbin is my favorite part of the procedure. It removes all the dead skin cells to make your skin looks whiter and porcelain-like. It evens out my skin tone, leaving it smooth and healthier.

I encourage you to try Caramel Scrubbin: Underams too! It comes with waxing and you will really love the way they treat your underarms. It's a cold treatment too so it doesn't hurt! Visit the closest branch of Whipped near you and experience getting your desired confidence!

You can also visit them at these branches:
1. 3rd Floor, Ayala Fairview Terraces
2. 2nd floor, Commerce Avenue Wing, Alabang Town Center
3. 2nd Floor, Eight Forbes Town Center

If you wish to join me on my next visit, don't forget to drop me a PM!

Feel Good in 5 at Ashram Yoga

I can honestly admit I don't have a perf figure. I don't eat a lot yet I'm not the skinny type of girl. I need to go to the gym, 1-2 months before I hit the beach during summer or holidays to avoid getting, errr fat.

My main problem area (I think) is my arms, I want them to be fit then tummy and thigh follows. But whenever I go on a diet/exercise and lose weight, my face gets thinner too - which I don't like. Ugh.

Okay, so this isn't a sponsored post since we are not required to blog about the event. I'm just so grateful I did attend "Feel Good in 5" by Grace Antonette Nicolas since I really want to experience Yoga! (I did try this before at a certain show on TV  and I was quite conscious that time and can't really focus.)

Here's a throwback from my tv guesting way back.

The workshop/event was held at Urban Ashram Yoga at Makati

Hi Inah!

Toni Nicolas of Healthjunkie.ph

She taught us so many interesting and helpful stuff like practical ways to combat stress-eating and overeating without starving ourselves, how to integrate exercise in the workplace, and a lot more.

Rica Yabut and Toni Nicolas

We also had a full hour of refreshing Gentle Flow yoga session with Rica Yabut. Good thing, the poses were not that so hard for us beginners. I thought my flexibility will be tested, LOL. We literally enjoyed! One of our mates actually get to fall asleep at the middle of the sesh. So imagine how really relaxing it was.

Thanks also to sponsors, Urban Ashram Yoga Makati, PrAna, and Australia Harvest Oats most esp to Anotnette who took time to organize this workshop and for giving us free 5-day yoga session! I can't wait to book!

Freebies!

I'm excited to continue my Yoga journey. This was just right on time before the holidays! Imma make room for foods.
